He emphasised the importance of developing transparent procedures, conducting objective investigations into every case of integrity breaches, and establishing specialised authorised bodies within higher education institutions for this purpose. Leading specialists from the department, Oleksii Pushniak and Nataliia Batsak, also outlined the procedural and methodological consistency required in combating academic plagiarism and citing legislation.

Volodymyr Medvediev, NAQA member, emphasised that fostering integrity, alongside professional training, is the key to high-quality education and the preparation of future specialists.
