NAQA was invited by the QAA (Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education), to participate the International Partners Forum, which took place online on May 20, 2020.
During the first part of the Forum, the agencies presented their experience in overcoming modern challenges related to COVID-19. The second part of the Forum was dedicated to the future landscape of higher education post COVID-19.
The delegates of the Forum from NAQA were NAQA Vice Head Nataliia Stukalo and the Head of the Secretariat Mychailo Wynnyckyj who shared the NAQA`s progressive experience in adapting all NAQA processes and activities to the nationwide quarantine conditions. Ukrainian experience in conducting online accreditations of study programmes was of particular interest for foreign colleagues.
QAA brought together over 60 colleagues from Africa, Asia, Australia and Europe, representing 29 QA organisations. The participants of the Forum discussed approaches to the higher education quality assurance in these unprecedented times, shared best practices, experiences and ideas for overcoming the difficulties that have arisen in higher education around the world. Such activities are very important as they help to bring together best practices and address global issues together.
