A Memorandum on Understanding and Co-operation between the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance and the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine was solemnly signed on Wednesday, 19 May.
The signing ceremony took place at NAQA premises. NAQA Head, Serhiy Kvit, and the Ambassador, OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine Henrik Villadsen, reaffirmed the commitment of both organisations to promoting human rights within higher education quality assurance.
During the meeting, the participants also discussed the role of the National Agency and the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine to improve the quality and transparency of higher education institutions, increase academic integrity, and develop higher education. The project cooperation of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine with NAQA allows to ensure a systemic positive impact on the quality of higher education in Ukraine. Ambassador Henrik Villadsen noted NAQA achievements, in particular in the digitalization of processes, and the extensive experience gained during the short period of NAQA activity, which is already the subject of discussion by the foreign QA community.
