Quality improvement is impossible without analysis of previous experience. That is why on July 10, 2020 the webinar “NAQA Expert: reflections of the first year of work” took place – the first of a series of three webinars that will be held over the next two months. Speakers were Taras Finikov, President of the International Foundation for Educational Policy Research, Natalia Stukalo NAQA Vice-Head, Mick Mullay, Expert and Trainer on building partnership in Higher Education with Business Environment, Artem Bardas, Head of the Specialized Expert Council 0.7 Management and Administration .
The webinar analyzed modern practices and traditions of the expert’s role in accreditation process in Ukraine, the course of work after quarantine and during the revolutionary remote accreditations, and participants also discussed the experience of the Specialized Expert Councils. They also touched upon the important issue of the relationship between universities and stakeholders. The format of the webinar was an advantage, as participants actively participated in the live discussion in the chat. We are convinced that the possibility of involving new professional experts or members of Specialized Expert Councils in coaching is a significant advantage in cooperation.
