In search of best practices and new successful ideas, NAQA continues to establish contacts with colleagues from different countries. Cooperation between Ukraine and France in the field of higher education quality assurance has began not so long ago, but already has positive results.
On April 16, 2020, an online meeting with ENQA Vice-President, Hcéres Head of the Europe and International Department François Pernot and Hcéres International Project Manager Solange Picarz on Institutional Accreditation was held.
Later in June, NAQA has signed Memorandum of Understanding with the High Council for the Evaluation of Research and Higher Education (Hcéres). Due to the pandemic the procedure was held online. On June 12, one more consultative meeting was held with French experts – Professor Emeritus of the University of Lumiere Lyon 2 Jean-Hugues Chauchat and Professor of the University of Lyon Christian Montes. The subject of discussion was system of awarding (defending) the PhD degree in France and the organization of PhD programs.
