The Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (IAAR) – is the international accreditation agency for the quality assurance of education founded in 2011. IAAR is a full member of European, Asian and American quality assurance networks and organisations: the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education INQAAHE; the US Council for Higher Education Accreditation CHEA International Quality Group CIQG; the International Observatory on Academic Ranking and Excellence IREG; Central and Eastern European Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education CEENQA; the Asia-Pacific Quality Network APQN.
The purpose of the agreement is to certify cooperation between NAQA and NAAR on the issue of quality assurance of educational services (accreditation), partnerships establishment and the development of long-term, effective and mutually beneficial cooperation.
