On March 27, Nataliia Stukalo presented an open lecture “Leadership under Unprecedented Challenges” at the London School of Business and Finance. The professor outlined NAQA experience in overcoming crisis situations that arose as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic and unparalleled challenges in the conditions of a full-scale war between russia and Ukraine.
Nataliia Stukalo singled out the key elements that allowed overcoming the main challenges and contributed to the effective functioning of NAQA in times of crisis. These include: early recognition and adaptability, deliberate calm and bounded optimism, communicating effectively and demonstrating empathy, making decisions amid uncertainty.
In the face of global challenges, the dissemination of management experience in crisis situations, thanks to which NAQA coped with adaptation to modern complex conditions, responded to challenges and continued its activities effectively, will be useful for foreign partners.
